The Center for Environmental Resilience in San Antonio, Texas explores the use of mass timber in urban settings to reduce embodied carbon, enhance thermal efficiency, and support sustainable development. Designed to foster community engagement and environmental awareness, it integrates lightweight construction and energy-efficient practices to preserve the health of the Riverwalk. Through education and innovative design, the center sets a precedent for resilient, eco-conscious urban architecture.
